A die hard student of Manipal Institute of Technology, he began with nostalgia, “You can get out of MIT but can’t take MIT out of you, mighty, mighty MIT!”
With evident glee at being inside Manipal again, Mr Masta had chosen his theme to be Intrapreneurship over Entrepreneurship. It is a more intuitive, company-financed way to a successful entrepreneurship, where creativity and innovation go hand in hand.
“You should be an independent leader, optimistic, a visionary, less risk taking and adoptable,” opined Mr Masta. He focussed on the use of technology to gain a proper start-up. An internet based solution to start-ups with minimum resources, to help start building from scratch, was his opinion to the budding entrepreneurs. He cited experiences from his own days of trade shows in India and abroad. Anecdotes regarding Bharat matrimony, and stories about ABP weddings were excerpts he stated to inspire the dreaming brains.
